How to upgrade or downgrade subscription plan ?

You can manage your plan at any time in the "Pro / Business" panel of your account.
Upgrading or downgrading your plan is a simple process with Google Maps Extractor. The new subscription plan will be applied to your account instantly.

We partner with Stripe to make payments. Normally, when you click on the "Upgrade" button, Stripe automatically charges your credit card, and if your card requires 3D Secure (3DS), a page pops up for customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying.
If you fail to complete the payment, you can also click the "Manage Subscription" button, go to the subscription management page, click the invoice link and complete the payment.
Once you have paid, click the invoice button and you can download the invoice and receipt.
Note: You can only downgrade after a successful upgrade (complete the payment). If you have upgraded by mistake or have any questions about your plan, please contact us to follow up.
